Permission wizard
Some BuzzKill features need a special Android permission that can only be granted from another device. This page does it for you over USB, straight from your browser.
Your browser can't connect to USB devices.
Open this page in Chrome or Edge on a Windows, Mac, Linux or ChromeOS computer. You can also use Chrome on a second Android phone, connected to your phone with a USB-C cable.
Prefer the command line? Follow the manual steps for hiding heads up notifications or sensitive notification content.

Hide heads up notifications
Lets BuzzKill turn heads up notifications off and on when your rules need it.
Read sensitive notifications
On Android 15 and later, lets BuzzKill see notifications that Android hides as "Sensitive notification content hidden", such as ones containing verification codes.
Once you're done you can unplug your phone. You can also turn USB debugging off again.
Questions
What does this page do?
It talks to your phone using the same protocol as Google's adb tool, running entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. It only runs the commands needed to grant BuzzKill these permissions.
My phone doesn't show up in the list
Check USB debugging is on and try a different cable or USB port. Some cables only carry power. On Windows you may need to download and install the Google USB driver or your phone maker's driver.
