My unsilence rule isn't making a sound/vibrating
The unsilence action and similar actions use the “alarm” sound channel on your device so that they can make a sound or vibrate even when your device is muted. Because of that if your device has the alarm sound channel turned down or off then it will prevent BuzzKill’s rule from working. Here’s how to fix it:
For Samsung devices
- Open the Clock app
- On the alarm page, click the three dots in upper right corner and tap Settings
- On the settings screen, click on “sound”
- At the bottom there should be a volume slider. Increase it the maximum level
For non-Samsung devices
- Open the system Settings app
- Open “Sound and vibration” settings
- Turn the “Alarm volume” up to the maximum level
